Can't sign in?

Try each sign-in you've added to your account, such as Microsoft, Google or Apple.

If none of them works any more, Autothenticator can vouch for you instead:

• On a device that still syncs, open Autothenticator's settings, and under Sync choose Lost your website sign-in?
• With no device left, install Autothenticator, and under Sync choose Lost your sign-in? Use your recovery kit.

Either way you choose a new sign-in, and it's added to your account after 7 days. Your devices show it meanwhile, so it can be cancelled if it wasn't you. Your codes keep syncing all along.
